Sharing our Experience of the Key Funds

The development of Key Funds draws on the experience of a Key Fund pilot scheme funded by the 1997-1999 Objective 2 Programme. The pilot was independently evaluated and the positive findings were set out in an Evaluation Report and helped to shape the approach this time round.
