Monitoring and EvaluationProgramme Level continued...Programme EvaluationIndependent consultants produced mid term evaluations at the end of 2003. The results and recommendations of these reports have influenced the direction of the Programmes 2004-2006. An update on the mid term evaluations and Final Evaluations was undertaken to gauge the impact achieved and are available here.
