Programme ActivitiesDelivering ChangeThe Scottish Innovative Actions Programme is funded by the European Union to stimulate innovation in companies and organisations and thereby improve Scotland’s overall performance. It does this by funding a wide range of projects which are all designed to influence change - either in policy, with companies or with other organisations.
