European Regional Innovation Awards 2004
The European Regional Innovation Awards 2004 ceremony was held in Brussels. Nine winning regions received their awards at a plenary session of the Committee of the Regions held in the European Parliament. Brief case studies of the finalists are given to demonstrate the kind of innovative solutions that have been put into practice across other regions of the EU.
